The Mobile Health Unit is a clinic on wheels! We want to make healthcare easy to get, fair for everyone, and focused on helping people stay healthy. The mobile health unit comes to you, bringing accessible, barrier free care where it is needed most! A nurse practitioner, along with nurses and paramedics, will be on the unit to provide primary care, chronic disease support, mental health help, and connect you with community resources.
We are available four days a week—Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays—so you can get the care you need close to home!

We offer access to a nurse practitioner, nurses, and community paramedics to ensure client’s have a wide range of access to healthcare support services. We offer primary care, chronic disease management, mental health support, and help navigating community support services. All appointments are walk-in, no appointments, no referrals needed, and no cost for service. We look forward to meeting you!
