Funding

Central Community Health Centre receives its funding from Ontario Health. On March 17, 2021, an order issued transferred the health system planning and funding functions of the Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) to Ontario Health, Effective April 1st 2021.

The Central Community Health Centre has an agreement with the LHIN called an Accountability Agreement. This document explains our relationship with the LHIN and what our mutual responsibilities are.

In 2021, Central Community Health Centre received funding from the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) through the Resilient Communities Fund and its funder, the Government of Ontario. This grant supports projects that help rebuild an organization’s capacity, enhance their resiliency, and meet the changing needs of their communities.
