Mobile Health Unit Temporarily Out of Service
Please be advised that Central Community Health Centre’s Mobile Health Unit is temporarily out of service until further notice due to a mechanical issue.
The unit has been safely removed from the road while the issue is assessed and repairs are arranged.
We apologize for any inconvenience and will provide updates when mobile services are able to resume. Clients or community partners impacted by this disruption will be contacted directly where needed.

The Mobile Health Unit is a clinic on wheels! We want to make healthcare easy to get, fair for everyone, and focused on helping people stay healthy. The mobile health unit comes to you, bringing accessible, barrier free care where it is needed most! A nurse practitioner, along with nurses and paramedics, will be on the unit to provide primary care, chronic disease support, mental health help, and connect you with community resources.
We are available four days a week—Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays—so you can get the care you need close to home!

We offer access to a nurse practitioner, nurses, and community paramedics to ensure client’s have a wide range of access to healthcare support services. We offer primary care, chronic disease management, mental health support, and help navigating community support services. All appointments are walk-in, no appointments, no referrals needed, and no cost for service. We look forward to meeting you!
