Who We Are
Central Community Health Centre (CCHC) is a charitable organization whose purpose is the delivery of comprehensive primary care, illness prevention and health promotion through community programs and support to individuals and families in St. Thomas, Central Elgin, and Southwold Township. We believe, with programming based on the social determinants of health and community needs, we can best serve the community. We provide comprehensive care through an integrated team approach to health care and prevention.

Land Acknowledgement
In keeping with recognition of the need for Truth and Reconciliation, we acknowledge the historic location of our meeting on the traditional territories of Indigenous Peoples included in the Upper Canada Land Surrenders, specifically Treaty 2,1790 and Treaty 3,1792.
Long before European settlers came to this land, the area was the traditional home of the Anishinaabe, Mississauga, Attiwondweronk, and Haudenossaunee people. We acknowledge the rights, dignity and well being of the indigenous peoples of the world, and we are grateful to participate in the stewardship of this land which is currently home to the communities of Munsee-Delaware First Nation, Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, and Oneida Nation of the Thames.
