Central Community Health Centre
CCHC is a charitable organization whose purpose is the delivery of comprehensive primary care, illness prevention, harm reduction, and health promotion through community programs and support to individuals and families in St. Thomas, Central Elgin and Southwold Township. We believe, with programming based on the social determinants of health and community needs, we can best serve the community. We provide comprehensive care through an integrated team approach to health care and prevention.
